Flexie Estate Agents is a letting and estate agency run from 557 Charminster Road in Bournemouth, for landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the surrounding coast. It is not a new team: the same company has let furnished apartments in the town since 2018 under the Flexiestays name, eight aparthotels and 130 apartments today, and manages more than 100 holiday lets for their owners as Sea Breeze Property Services. The agency is where that experience is put to work on somebody else's property.
Who we are
Flexie Estate Agents is the trading name of Flexie Estate Agents Ltd, company number 12267313, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office and its only office at 557 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, BH8 9RF. The same company trades as Sea Breeze Property Services for holiday let and Airbnb management. Flexiestays, which runs the aparthotels and the booking site, is a separate company in the same group, Flexie Stays Ltd, company number 15208026.
Three businesses share one office and one way of working:
- Flexiestays lets eight aparthotels with 130 apartments in central Bournemouth and on the West Cliff, from a single night to many months, through its own booking site. What we do
For landlords. Tenant find, rent collection or fully managed lettings for flats and houses in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch, with every legal check done before the tenant moves in and the fee agreed in writing first. Furnished flats near the beach, the hospital or the universities can be let through the Flexiestays platform as winter lets or long stays instead of on a tenancy. Start at landlords, or go straight to letting agents and property management.
For vendors. A free, no obligation sales valuation with the reasons behind the figure, then marketing, viewings, offers and sales progression through to completion. Sellers sets out the journey and sell your property the service.
For tenants and residents. Two ways to rent: a Flexiestays apartment from 28 nights with electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax, TV licence, gym and parking included, or a landlord's flat or house on a tenancy through our lettings team. For buyers. We are not listing homes for sale yet. Buyers is where you register what you are looking for so that we can match you with vendors as they instruct us.

How we work
Local. One office on Charminster Road. The people who value your property, photograph it, show it and reference the tenant are the same people who run 130 apartments and more than 100 holiday lets within a few miles of it. We know which blocks have leases that restrict letting, which streets are permit zones and which addresses fall inside a BCP Council licensing scheme, because we deal with them every week.
Every legal check, every time. Gas safety where there is gas, an electrical installation condition report, an EPC of band E or better, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, Right to Rent checks on every adult, the deposit protected within 30 days with the prescribed information served, and a licensing check against BCP Council's schemes before a property is marketed to sharers. The landlord legal checklist lists every item.
No invented figures. When we value a property we give a range with the reasons: position, condition, parking, lease, furnished or unfurnished, and who the likely tenant or buyer is. We do not quote an average we cannot stand behind, and we do not promise days to let. Fees in writing. Our fees page names each service level and what it includes. The fee for your property is confirmed in writing before you instruct us, and there are no fees to tenants beyond the payments the Tenant Fees Act 2019 permits.
Stays and tenancies are different things. A Flexiestays apartment is a serviced let of 28 nights or more, not an assured shorthold tenancy. A landlord's property is let on a tenancy agreement written to the current law, including the Renters' Rights Act 2025. We use the right agreement for each and say which one applies before anyone signs. This is general information, not legal advice.
The team
A local team based at the Charminster Road office handles valuations, marketing, viewings, referencing, inventories, inspections and repairs for the estate agency, alongside the colleagues who run the Flexiestays buildings and the Sea Breeze portfolio. Landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact page from 9am to 5pm every day. Guest support for people staying in a Flexiestays apartment runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Letting your property, step by step
A free valuation
We visit, read the lease and the certificates, and give you a rent range for the property with the reasons, plus our fees in writing.
Marketing and referencing
Photographs, a floor plan and the listing go out to the portals and our registered tenants. We show the property and reference every adult before you accept anyone.
Move in, then managed
Tenancy agreement, deposit protection, certificates and a photographed inventory on the day. With management, we collect the rent, inspect and arrange repairs.

Lovely apartment in very close proximity to Bournemouth town centre and beach. Modern, very clean and well equipped. Onsite parking was a big plus, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Great apartment at a perfect location. Jack and the team were so easy to deal with. This is our second time at this apartment block and we'll definitely be returning. Clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Flexie Estate Agents Ltd trades as Flexie Estate Agents for lettings, management, sales and valuations, and as Sea Breeze Property Services for holiday let management. The same local team sits behind all of it.
Do you only let the group's apartments?
No. The Flexiestays apartments are the stock this site opens with, but the estate agency lets and manages flats and houses for private landlords on ordinary tenancies, sells homes for vendors and registers buyers. The group's apartments are let as furnished stays of 28 nights or more, which is a different product from a tenancy.
Which areas do you cover?
Bournemouth and every neighbourhood in it, Poole, Christchurch and the towns and villages along the coast and into the New Forest and Purbeck. Lettings, sales and valuations run across the whole area; property management, long term lets and winter lets are offered where the group has staff and stock, which is the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole conurbation.
