The buildings
The Tower House Hotel, on West Cliff Gardens, is the group's flagship: studios, one-bedroom apartments, sea-view apartments, family apartments and a penthouse, under two minutes from West Cliff Beach.
The Cliff Heights Hotel and The Cliff Manor Hotel, also on the West Cliff, have one-bedroom garden apartments and two-bedroom sea-view apartments with a balcony.
The Shore Retreat Hotel and The Shore House Hotel stand side by side on the West Cliff with double and family rooms. The Shore House holds the gym and games room every guest can use, open 24 hours a day.
The Pebbles Hotel, The Coast Hotel and The Seabreeze Hotel are on St Michael's Road, on the West Cliff side of the town centre, with double and family rooms, studios and one-bedroom apartments with a kitchen or kitchenette, and a penthouse at Pebbles and at Coast.
Every building has free private parking, fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs, and most have a lift. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. Pets are not permitted, except registered assistance dogs by prior arrangement.

The buildings are in central Bournemouth and on the West Cliff, between the town centre and Westbourne. The beach is minutes away down the zig-zag paths or the cliff lift, the pier and the BIC a walk along the cliff, and the station and the town centre fifteen to twenty minutes on foot. They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Their attitude makes a real difference and creates a welcoming experience for residents and guests. A special mention has to go to Natalie, who has been exceptionally helpful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre
Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre of Bournemouth, and managing to still be quiet. Close to the train station (and buses), big Asda superstore, town centre, park and the beach. I have stayed so far in 2 different apartments in the same building on 2 separate occasions. Both, lovely decorated, with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. A kind of apartment you just want to stay in the whole day! I would definitely recommend.
