The apartment
A bedroom, a living space, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a bathroom, on the garden side of the building. Fibre Wi-Fi and a smart TV are standard, and linen, towels and kitchen equipment are supplied. It suits a couple relocating to Bournemouth for a new job: somewhere settled to live while they learn the town, with a garden to sit in at the end of the day instead of a hotel corridor.
The building
The Cliff Heights Hotel stands on West Cliff Gardens, a residential street on the West Cliff. Parking is free and private on site, with your bay named in the arrival instructions, and the building has a lift. Every resident has free use of the 24-hour gym and the games room at The Shore House Hotel, about five minutes on foot. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00, and the Flexiestays team is available 24 hours a day.
The location
West Cliff Beach is about seven to eight minutes away, roughly 600 metres down through the cliff paths. Westbourne, ten minutes west, is where most residents end up for groceries, a coffee or dinner out. How a stay works
The minimum stay is 28 nights and there is no fixed term, so a couple waiting to find a permanent home can extend month by month, subject to availability. Electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax, the TV licence, parking and the gym are in the rent; a standard cleaning and security deposit is the only other payment. Ease of booking. Great communication with the team. Moved to the area and stayed while purchasing property. Very flexible regarding duration of stay. 2 months. We stayed in 2 different apartments. Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre
Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre of Bournemouth, and managing to still be quiet. Close to the train station (and buses), big Asda superstore, town centre, park and the beach. I have stayed so far in 2 different apartments in the same building on 2 separate occasions. Both, lovely decorated, with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. A kind of apartment you just want to stay in the whole day! I would definitely recommend.
