Outstanding from start to finish

The apartment exceeded our expectations with its modern design and thoughtful touches throughout. Walking distance to both the seafront and shopping areas made it incredibly convenient. Clear instructions, responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Bournemouth.

Modern, clean and superbly located

Lovely apartment in very close proximity to Bournemouth town centre and beach. Modern, very clean and well equipped. Onsite parking was a big plus, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Second stay, and we'll be back

Great apartment at a perfect location. Jack and the team were so easy to deal with. This is our second time at this apartment block and we'll definitely be returning. Clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This company is superb; if you need anything, the staff are there straight away, efficient and polite. I've been back several times now and stayed in a few of their apartments because they're all spot-on with the same high spec. 7 miles of beautiful beach just a stone's throw away, parking, modern apartments, all well thought out with quality furniture and appliances, smart TV, very comfy beds - even the towels smell great! Everything you need for an independent stay. Definitely a home away from home, and I seriously recommend them. In Bournemouth, without a shadow of a doubt, this is the place to stay! Christopher.

Everything is fantastic! The cleanliness is outstanding, as too is the decor, facilities and the location. Natali went above and beyond to make this an amazing trip for our wedding anniversary, stayed 3 nights, it just wasn't enough! Can't recommend this place enough. Excellent location, had a sea view! Highly recommended

Highly recommended, will stay again! I recently stayed here and was very impressed - the room was spotlessly clean and nicely presented. Toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. The room had a fan, fridge and kettle, which made such a difference in this hot weather! It always smelled lovely too. Gym available. The staff were helpful and just a phone call away whenever I needed anything. Great value and I'd definitely come back to this hotel.

Lovely apartment

Had a great few days staying in Tower House apartment 1. It's a well equipped unit with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and sockets for charging your devices. Being on the lower ground floor meant it remained a nice temperature despite the hot weather (we did have the windows open, and used the fan which helped). There is a dehumidifier in the bedroom, which does need emptying quite frequently. A great place to stay, very close to the BIC and beach, and we look forward to staying there again.

I've had a really positive experience

I've had a really positive experience with the Airbnb building services, and I'd especially like to recognise Nat, Jack, and Reece for how helpful, friendly, and professional they are. They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Their attitude makes a real difference and creates a welcoming experience for residents and guests. A special mention has to go to Natalie, who has been exceptionally helpful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work, it definitely doesn't go unnoticed!

I had a wonderful stay at Flexie Stays

I had a wonderful stay at Flexie Stays in Bournemouth and would highly recommend it. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. A special thank you to Natali, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She helped arrange a surprise birthday celebration for my girlfriend, and everything was beautifully organised. Her kindness, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the experience even more special. We also really enjoyed having access to the gym, and the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the sandy beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful Bournemouth coastline. Thank you, Natali and the Flexie Stays team, for such an amazing experience. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bournemouth!

We will be staying again, and again!

Our stay here was absolutely lovely! I had already spoken to a member of staff prior to our arrival and was immediately impressed with her genuine kindness and thoughtful responses to my questions. Once at the apartment, we were impressed with its cleanliness and excellent condition. There were also thoughtful and stylish little touches that were very much appreciated. Its amenities (private gym, private outdoor area, games room) and its location near the beautiful beach were absolutely great, something for all of us! I will definitely stay here again, and again when I return to Bournemouth. Jo.

Great accommodation and location

Ease of booking. Great communication with the team. Moved to the area and stayed while purchasing property. Very flexible regarding duration of stay. 2 months. We stayed in 2 different apartments. Both lovely. Quiet. No hassle. Also location awesome. A few minutes walk to the beach and town. Thanks again everyone at Flexistays Bournemouth. Highly recommend

I booked this for my wife's birthday weekend what an amazing outstanding place to stay very homely very comfortable we loved it. We are definitely returning to Bournemouth and booking this flat again was so nice thank you so much

Apartment looked exactly the same as the pictures

Apartment looked exactly same as pictures. Good location, walkable to beaches and city centers. It doesn't have a great view, but that can already be seen from the pictures. All the amenities mentioned were available and had good guidance and clear instructions from the team

Perfect Stay!

This is the second time around we have stayed at Jon's place. It never disappoints we love coming down to enjoy the seaside. Jon's home always makes us feel at home. We will definitely stay again.

Flexiestays was fantastic

Flexistays was fantastic - very clean, amazing location, and hassle-free check-in. Having so many restaurants nearby made our stay even better. We loved it and would definitely recommend Flexistays.

Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre

Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre of Bournemouth, and managing to still be quiet. Close to the train station (and buses), big Asda superstore, town centre, park and the beach. I have stayed so far in 2 different apartments in the same building on 2 separate occasions. Both, lovely decorated, with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. A kind of apartment you just want to stay in the whole day! I would definitely recommend.

Super accommodation

Booked a weekend in Bournemouth to meet up with some friends. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described / shown in photos. The communication was excellent with good instructions re check in/out and parking. We asked a couple of questions and had very prompt and helpful responses. Will definitely look to book again later this year

We had a fantastic family stay in Bournemouth

We had a fantastic family stay in Bournemouth. It was ideally located both extremely close to the beach and a short walk to the town centre. The apartment complex was clean, well maintained and had everything you could need. In the evenings it was nice and quiet and got a very good sleep. All in all we would highly recommended.

Cosy and close to everything

Lovely apartment :)

I stayed with a friend for a couple of nights and the apartment was lovely. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was great we ended up staying in every night to cook. There was also very clear communication and it was easy to find the apartment and check-in - would definitely recommend :)

I can't recommend Flexiestays highly enough

I can't recommend Flexiestays highly enough. Jon and the entire Flexiestay team were absolutely outstanding from start to finish, always supportive, approachable, and on hand whenever anything was needed. The apartments are simply incredible and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Unlike many other short- or mid-term rentals, these genuinely feel luxurious. You would be hard-pressed to find a five-star hotel that offers the same quality of finish, space, and comfort that Flexiestays provides. The location is perfect too, with the beach less than a three-minute walk away and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants all a few minutes from their apartments. The attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service are second to none. I'd also recommend booking directly, as there are often excellent discounts available. This was the second time I've stayed in one of their wonderful apartments for a getaway, and it certainly won't be the last. A phenomenal experience from beginning to end, 10/10! You won't be dissapointed!

Really nice apartment and location

I have booked with Flexiestays on many occasions and am impressed by the high standard of their apartments and the responsiveness of the team, particularly Raisa. The apartments are modern, well equipped and really comfortable and in a great location for the beach and the town.

We needed a place to stay while waiting on our house purchase

We needed a place to stay while waiting on the final stage of our house purchase. Flexiestays was a brilliant option for us. 3 months at a very decent price, free off road parking, great location in the centre of town without feeling loud and we never had an issue with other guests. The team were always happy to help and the facilities were decent. We look back on our time with Flexiestays fondly.

Highly recommend, great location, rooms and people

We stayed at Flexiestays over the course of about 5 winter months. It has been an amazing experience. The rooms are nice, newly renovated, and have pretty much everything you need, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Overall communication was good, usually pretty quick responses, and they were very willing provide if we needed something. It was nice to have access to a gym in the building nearby, and the beautiful location with literally a 1-minute walk to an stunning sea-view was unparalleled. Thank you Flexiestays for this huge blessing!

Outstanding experience at Flexiestays

The staff at Flexiestays were outstanding. Due to an emergency I had to cancel at the last moment. They were courteous generous and assisted with the cancellation of the booking with compassion and professionalism and went above and beyond with regards to their customer service. A special mention must go out to Natali who was exceedingly prompt in all our communication and personally provided excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook a stay at Flexiestays or to recommend them.

It was fab!

Instructions were very clear and we could arrive early and park. Very clean, spacious, an immaculate bathroom, and a great location near the coast with lovely restaurants within a 15-minute walk.
