The building
The Tower House Hotel stands on the cliff top above West Cliff Beach, between the town centre and Westbourne. Studio residents have one free private parking space on site, with the bay number in the arrival instructions, and there is a lift. Every resident has free use of the 24-hour gym and the games room at The Shore House Hotel, about five minutes on foot. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00, and the Flexiestays team answers 24 hours a day.
The location
The sand is under two minutes away. Westbourne, five to ten minutes west, has the independent cafés and delis that make a change of desk easy on a working day. Bournemouth Pier is ten minutes along the cliff and the town centre about fifteen, through the Central Gardens if you prefer the green route. How a stay works
Book from 28 nights; there is no fixed term, so you extend month by month, subject to availability. The rent covers electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax, the TV licence, parking and the gym, and a standard cleaning and security deposit is the only other payment. This is a serviced let rather than a tenancy, which is why there is no twelve-month contract and no agency or referencing fee. Lovely apartment
Had a great few days staying in Tower House apartment 1. It's a well equipped unit with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and sockets for charging your devices. Being on the lower ground floor meant it remained a nice temperature despite the hot weather (we did have the windows open, and used the fan which helped). There is a dehumidifier in the bedroom, which does need emptying quite frequently. A great place to stay, very close to the BIC and beach, and we look forward to staying there again.

They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Ease of booking. Great communication with the team. Moved to the area and stayed while purchasing property. Very flexible regarding duration of stay. 2 months. We stayed in 2 different apartments.
