The apartment
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, which matters more with six people's laundry than with two. Fibre Wi-Fi and a smart TV are in the apartment, and bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment are supplied. It suits a family relocating to Bournemouth who want to look at schools and streets before committing to a purchase, or a household placed by an insurer while their own home is repaired.
The building
The Tower House Hotel is on the cliff top above West Cliff Beach, between the town centre and Westbourne, with a lift and free private parking on site. Residents also have free use of the 24-hour gym and the games room at The Shore House Hotel, about five minutes away on foot, and the Flexiestays team is on call 24 hours a day. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.
The location
Bournemouth has seven miles of sandy beach and this apartment is under two minutes from it. For children, the Oceanarium by the pier is ten minutes away and the Lower Gardens sit beside it; the Russell-Cotes Museum, a Victorian villa with its art collection, is on the East Cliff above the pier. Westbourne's shops are five to ten minutes away and the town centre about fifteen. The town has two universities, an airport and a direct train to London Waterloo in under two hours. How a stay works
Stays run from 28 nights with no fixed term; most households extend month by month until their next home is ready. Electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax, the TV licence, parking and the gym are all in the rent, and the only other payment is a standard cleaning and security deposit. Because it is a serviced let and not a tenancy there is no twelve-month agreement to break when your completion date arrives. Lovely apartment
Had a great few days staying in Tower House apartment 1. It's a well equipped unit with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and sockets for charging your devices. Being on the lower ground floor meant it remained a nice temperature despite the hot weather (we did have the windows open, and used the fan which helped). There is a dehumidifier in the bedroom, which does need emptying quite frequently. A great place to stay, very close to the BIC and beach, and we look forward to staying there again.

They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Their attitude makes a real difference and creates a welcoming experience for residents and guests. A special mention has to go to Natalie, who has been exceptionally helpful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Ease of booking. Great communication with the team. Moved to the area and stayed while purchasing property. Very flexible regarding duration of stay. 2 months. We stayed in 2 different apartments.
